A dream location like the Castle of Tabiano is the setting for more than seventy chefs of a famous Canadian chain of restaurants for a unique Italian experience in the heart of Emilia.
Being able to witness up close the production of Prosciutto di Parma or Parmigiano Reggiano, as well as the production of wine and balsamic vinegar, was certainly a formative experience. The meeting at the Alma School (International School of Italian Cuisine) and the day among the roaring engines of the Ferrari of Maranello certainly gave them unforgettable hours.
But the afternoon in the company of the Michelin-starred chef Massimo Bottura and the dinner in his Playground at Casa Maria Luigia have made the whole experience definitely memorable.
