The opening event, taking place in the highly evocative setting of Corte Isolani in Bologna, was based on Federico Fellini’s genius and linked with dreams in general, and with those great Italians who managed to make them come true – a concept that perfectly fitted the event’s motto: Homo faber fortunae suae – all of this with including circus performers, pictures and musical pieces connected with the great Maestro and with local tradition – and on local tradition was based the dinner’s menu, too.
The event that Autopromotec 2011 dedicated to both the press and the foreign exhibitors had a wonderful location, too: a hothouse, whose furniture emphasized the wonderful, late Twentieth-century building it was housed in. Th evening was also characterized by a show cooking performance, including the preparation of first courses, commented live by the chef himself – and by a classical Italian menu.
